GER GRANDFIELD

About Me

Born and raised in Massachusetts to Irish immigrant parents, Ger Grandfield spent nearly two decades in Ireland working in various hospitality roles, including cabin crew for the Irish national airline, Aer Lingus before returning to the States to pursue his training in earnest. After completing his BFA in Acting at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024, he moved directly into the MFA program at the University of Central Florida. Trained at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin and with the Prague Shakespeare Company, he works across stage and screen; classical text, new plays, musical theatre, and film. He brings a transatlantic life to every room: a listener shaped by two cultures, and endlessly curious about the space between them.

“Ger is an extremely bright, gifted and self-directed learner with an insatiable desire for new knowledge and an organic connection to people.”

Tawnya Pettiford-Wates, Ph.D.
